The product is a web and mobile based application that comes integrated with
India’s best and most trusted Compliance database. The product has flexible and highly configurable
workflows, integrated state of the art document management system, notification center for automated
alerts, reminders, notifications and escalations, real time updated dashboards that track over 72
parameters, smart analytics and reporting capabilities among others.
It has multiple modules such as Statutory Compliance, Internal Compliance, License Management,
Litigation Management & Contract Management. You can choose to take one or more modules.

How do you ensure that Corporates do not Miss the
circulars/updates/gazette?
TeamLease RegTech has developed a proprietary software that is built on
Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and OCR
Smart Scrawlers This allows us to scan over 2,233 government
websites and captures the new updates.
These updates are captured and shared with a large legal
team, and they segregate it based on the industry, state and
departments. The enables us to provide the preview in an
easy-to-read format with 24 -48 hours’ time. Any changes to the
existing compliance are done automatically on the cloud-based
system.

Can I try the product before I buy it?
Yes absolutely. Once our sales representative understands your requirements,
we can work with you to plan a 1 week POC (Proof of Concept). With an NDA in place we will
configure some demo IDs and configure demo organisations, Acts, compliances and provide training to
the POC users.

Can I use your product to track compliance of my global entities outside
India?
Yes. The technology product can easily be used to track compliances globally.
At the time of on-boarding, our implementation team will work with you and map the global
compliances in the system. However legal updates at this point are restricted to only Indian law.

AVASEC is an automation platform dedicatedly created for the Board Activities
and Secretarial Compliance. It offers a fully functional board portal integrated with a secretarial
compliance solution. The software workflow aligns with the secretarial function to assist company
secretaries at every step of meetings and compliance management.

What are the key features of the AVASEC/ Avantis Secretarial
Product?
AVASEC empowers the Board and Company Secretaries to conduct board &
committee meetings through video conferencing, and hassle-free sharing of relevant documents. It
offers a ready to use rich library of Agenda items tagged with MoM, resolutions, and compliance
libraries. It also employs an automation engine with capabilities for auto-assessment of compliance
applicability, auto-population of calendar, and auto-generation of compliance documents.

Is the product configurable to match our needs/existing practices?
AVASEC is custom-configured for every client based on their master data and
other requirements. The applicability assessment engine populates the applicable compliances based
on the mastersThe contents provided in the in-built libraries are editable, allowing you to
accommodate your existing templates/language etc.

Is the Avasec Module integrated with Avacom?
Yes, the AVASEC module can be integrated with the Avacom product. The
integration results in common entity/user libraries and a consolidated dashboard.

What are the various masters created under the AVASEC tool? Do you need to
physically fill in all the data related to various masters?
AVASEC creates masters for entities, directors, committees, and more.
Uploading of necessary e-forms or documents populates the data in masters to a great extent. Manual
bulk upload of data is possible in the libraries.

Is Avasec Module integrated with MCA?
Currently AVASEC is not integrated with the MCA portal. However, we have big
plans around this.

What are the various roles defined in Avasec Module? Can the access of a
particular user be restricted in Avasec?
AVASEC offers roles for Company Secretary (Group CS, CS, interns etc.),
Directors, Management Personnel, and Auditors. It follows a role-based access model, which can be
completely customized by the admin for every individual user.

How many users can be created into the system?
Being an enterprise-license solution, AVASEC does not restrict the number of
users. Though it is advisable to create users only for the relevant stakeholders to maintain
sanctity of the information.

Is video conferencing facility available in the system? Does the system
ensure the recording of video conferencing meetings?
Yes. AVASEC offers video conferencing facilities through integration with VC
platforms. Also the recording of the meeting is automatically stored in the system upon conclusion
of the meeting.

What type of compliance documents are generated through the system?
AVASEC generates multiple types of compliance documents including e-forms,
e-registers, notices, intimations/disclosures, etc. in a pre-filled manner.

What is the duration for an update to reflect on the system?
A compliance change/amendment is notified through the system within 24 hours
of its notification by the authorities. The necessary IT changes in the system happen between 24
hours to 96 hours depending on the complexity of the change. If the update includes any forms the
same is updated within 10-15 days.

Can the director participate in the meeting through a mobile/web
platform?
Ofcourse! The directors can participate in the meeting through their
mobile/web platform.
AVASEC also understands the need for quorum and notifies the stakeholders accordingly. Directors can
note and vote on agenda items through their respective logins during the meeting, and also add their
comments. An attendance register is generated by the AVASEC system.

Does the system generate minutes of the meeting/ Certified True
Copy?
Based on the voting preferences, the draft minutes and resolutions are
auto-generated in a well formatted manner by the AVASEC solution using the tagged libraries. Upon
document generation, the CS can edit the same (without having to download the document). The
certified true copies of the resolutions are auto-genetated.

Does the system generate statutory registers?
Absolutely!. AVASEC is capable of generating multiple statutory registers in
their prescribed format. Many registers are auto-updated based on the changes in system libraries
and meeting details (where applicable)

Can the historical documents of the organization be stored into the
system?
Yes. AVASEC provides a central repository facility for you to upload the
historical documents.

Is the Mobile App secure?
Ofcourse! All critical information is encrypted and no personal information
is stored on your mobile device.

Do I have to purchase the Mobile App?
Absolutely not. Our Mobile App is completely free to download and install.

Both Mobile app and website provide the ability to access the same features,
Newsletters, Documents, and Reports.

How current is the data shown in mobile app?
The information you see in the Mobile App is shown in real-time. However, if
you keep your Mobile App open for an extended period of time, you should refresh the page in order
to ensure the information is still current.

We don’t store data/information in device.

Can I use mobile app offline?
No, your device needs an active internet connection.

How can I login or setup my account?
You can login with your email Id and (single sign on) sso with your
registered id.

What are the feature of your app?
Avacom app includes four modules compliance, litigation, contract and
secretarial. The App includes management dashboards, analytics, and the compliance module also
includes Management, performer and reviewer role types for each registered user. Please click here

Tell me a little more about the compliance module.
Users can access the module with either of the three roles, performer,
reviewer and management.
The management role includes compliance status summery, report, document, compliance calendar and
many more features. Similarly, the performer role allows for the user to perform uploads of
compliance documents, update the status of compliances and subsequently the review role allows the
user to review and verify the compliance tasks performed by the performer.

Tell me a little more about the contract module.
It includes contract owner summer, contract expiring with number of days
selection functionality, Task, Reports with their status. The module includes other features which
will make tracking and managing vendor compliances really easy.

Tell me a little more about the litigation module.
This Module include Open and close litigation summery of Notices, cases and
tasks. Hearing calendar is added to show the hearing date and its highlights. The litigation module
has multiple other features to make the litigation workings of an organization smooth and efficient.

From board meetings management to a document repository the secretarial
module includes multiple features so that the user has a real time knowledge repository, improved
efficiency with digital business processes, and easy to access to all regulatory records and
filings.

How can I login to the rulezbook App?
There are multiple ways to login in rulezbook app, one with mobile number
where OTP is sent to your mobile number, other are google, Facebook, LinkedIn. You may Login with
Your Apple ID as well. If you want to explore without registrations, you can use a guest login.

How to set preferences?
After login you are directed to personal information page. You may select
location, Industry and category as per your requirement.

What are the feature of RulezBook app?
You can set your preferences with respect to industry, category, state and
other parameters. You can also bookmark compliances, legal updates etc. It includes a sharing
functionality in addition to the global Search facility that allows you to search for a any specific
notification with certain keywords.

How secure is the communication between the Server and my client
(browser)?
Highly Secure. Avacom incorporates HTTPS in all its communication with the
Server. It uses TLS v1.2 & v1.3 encryption standards to obfuscate all the data being transmitted
between the Server and the Client, thereby reducing the possibilities of intrusive attacks.

How secure is my data at rest?
All the data at rest is encrypted with industry grade AES 256-bit Encryption
algorithm. They keys of which are maintained in our Azure Key Vault with periodic rotation.

Is Avacom application free from vulnerabilities?
Application Security, being the key aspect at TeamLease RegTech; a dedicated
Vulnerability Management and Remediation program is implemented to address all areas revolving
around the same.
Our in-house Information Security Team implements a Calendarized and Ad-hoc based system to ensure
continuous execution of security testing towards all our Software products.
Penetration Testers continuously perform Gray and Black Box application security assessments (manual
and automated) on our Web, Mobile and API products, including Secure Code Reviews of the same.
Additionally, we perform Red Team Assessments to test the effectiveness of our Perimeter Networks
and other allied Infrastructure.
We also perform Yearly External Audits, inclusive of the above-mentioned activities, by CERT-In
Certified Vendors.

Are the servers used to host Avacom application secure?
Ofcourse! Here’s why:

Are there any firewalls protecting the Avacom application?
Yes there are.
TeamLease RegTech has implemented a fully configurable and dedicated Cloudflare WAF, which protects
the applications against common and advanced Web Attacks. Operational capabilities of the Cloudflare
WAF revolve around three main areas:
Detection: Helps with the detection of common web exploits and bots that may affect
availability, compromise security, or consume excessive resources.
Protection: It automatically blocks malicious traffic of the nature, usually sourced by
hackers, bots, or web scrapers, while allowing legitimate users through.
Monitoring: Allows real time in-depth continuous monitoring of the malicious web traffic
and generate custom rules to strengthen the protection against common WAF bypasses.

How do we make sure that Avacom and its underlying infrastructure is
Disaster Proof?
For High Availability, TeamLease RegTech has enabled an effective Business
Continuity / Disaster Recovery process for all production systems by conducting In-dept reviews,
Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and relevant Risk Assessments. Since, the application is hosted on
Microsoft Azure, we’ve enabled Azure Site Recovery for all our critical systems. We perform DR
Drills every Quarter of the Calendar year, which includes failover of critical workloads.

What form of Access Controls are incorporated into the Avacom?
TeamLease RegTech enforces and allows granular control over the level of
access provided to various User Roles on the modules of the product.
Our Role-Based Access Control mechanism includes below entities:
Role-Based Assignment: A User-Role can exercise permission and access resources only to
one it has been assigned to.
Role Authorization: A user's active role must be authorized to access a particular
resource. Inferring the above rule, this policy ensures that users can take only the roles for
which they are authorized.
Permission Authorization: A User can exercise a permission only if the permission is
authorized for the User's active role. With rules 1 and 2, this rule ensures that users can
exercise only permissions for which they are authorized.
In addition to the above, TeamLease RegTech also enforces IP & Mobile App Restrictions, where the
access is limited to only the Whitelisted IP addresses and User-Agents.

How quickly can we go live on your system?
You can go live as quickly as four weeks for a small set up with one entity,
one factory. As the number of entities / factories / geographical locations grow, the size and
complexity also increases. A mid-sized company with 4-5 plants can go live in 6-8 weeks after
kick-off.

What is the Scope of Implementation Service:
Compliance Applicability Assessment based on the initial inputs provided by you;
Preparation and sharing of compliance list under each legislation for customer discussion and
approval;
Software configuration with respect to the following:
1. Updation of customer master data (i.e. organization details and user details);
2. Compliance mapping in the Software along with the designated users details as shared by
the Customer;
3. Product training to users either during location visit or online as mutually agreed with

No, TeamLease RegTech being a software provider, we don’t provide the
