class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; : normal; background: white;">The Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) on July 17, 2020 has issued a circular for settlement of death claims on priority basis in events of industrial accidents etc. It has been stated by the organisation that immediate actions shall be taken in such events and the concerned RPFC must take immediate action for the same.
The concerned RPFC should depute an EO to figure out the complete details of the incident and death from the establishment and due guidance shall be taken in such accord, so that immediate filing of claims can take place under the EPF Act.
