The State Government of Uttrakhand on July 17, 2020 has issued guidelines for Unlock 2 amid covid-19. In this regard, the below mentioned directions must be followed:
• All inbound persons from other states shall register themselves at http://smartcitydehradun.uk.gov.in
• All inbound asymptomatic persons who have undergone test not earlier than 72 hours from the time of arrival reporting covid-19 negative report should be permitted to enter without restrictions. However medical report must be uploaded at http://smartcitydehradun.uk.gov.in
• There should be an upper limit of 1500 persons per day excluding people coming by train or plane for all inbound persons travelling to the state without undergoing Rt-PCR tests.
• Also, there shall be complete lockdown on Saturday and Sunday in Dehradun, Haridwar and Nainital except for essential services.
