Labour Compliance The Puducherry Labour Department on July 16, 2020 revises the rates of Dearness Allowance (DA) for the employees employed in Carpentry & Blacksmithy Industries. These rates are effective from January 01, 2020. Therefore, the revised rate of Dearness Allowance for the employees employed in Carpentry & Blacksmithy Industries would be Rs 1370/ per month.
