class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Finance Department of Maharashtra on September 02, 2020 has amended the notification no. PFT. 2014/ CR 38/Taxation-3 dated August 21, 2014 which specifies the waiving off late fee for a specifies period for certain class of people under the Maharashtra State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1975.
Entry 7 (e), in the Schedule has been substituted, namely:
“Return specified in column (c) shall be filed on or before the September 30, 2020 on the website of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Department.”
