Finance & Taxation Compliance class="MsoNormal">The Department of Excise, Entertainment and Luxury Tax on September 14, 2020 has issued an order extending the time limit for the submission of the requisite documents till December 15, 2020. The Department has further clarified that no further extension shall be granted to the hotels/ restaurants/ clubs for the same. In case the documents are not submitted within the timeline, there shall be a temporary suspension of the operations until the submission of the documents.
