• Construction of roads and buildings

• Any shop or establishment
• Public motor transport

• Any woolen carpet making and shawl weaving establishments
• Dairies and poultry farms
• Auto mobile engineering
• Cinema industry
• Tailoring industry

• Electric and other type of bulb and Florence tube manufacture industry

The rates of Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) will be based on the average of all India Consumer Price Index (CPI) on which the minimum rates of wages have been fixed in the above scheduled employments. The payment of VDA on the basis of average CPI of July 2019 to December 2019 is payable from April 01, 2020.
