Commercial ComplianceThe State Government of Karnataka has issued a notification stating the guidelines for the leave of employees under the COVID-19 pandemic. 

The following guidelines have been given: 

• Unauthorised leaves shall not be counted for the employees due to COVID-19. 

• Employees not covered under coronary disease shall be voluntarily granted the right to leave. 

• Other employees can transfer their leaves to the corona affected employees. 

• The worker and the employer shall negotiate for the special leave period for the corona affected employees.
