Labour Compliance The Government of Maharashtra on November 25, 2020 has issued a Notification in reference to its earlier Government Resolution No.: Misc-2015/C.R.No.76/Lab-9 dated June23, 2015 on a Self-Certification-Cum-Consolidated Annual Returns Scheme for Factories and Establishments.

In the current notification the provision of Security Deposit prescribed under paragraph no 5.2 under the Government Resolution dated June23, 2015, stands deleted.
