Labour ComplianceThe State Government of Madhya Pradesh on November 19, 2020 has issued a Circular regarding eliminating the provision of fixed weekly holidays. It has been decided that there shall be no fixed weekly holiday and shops and establishments shall be kept open for all the seven days a week as per Section 13 of the MP Shops and Establishments Act, 1958 and therefore it is directed to ensure adherence to the same.
