The General Administration Department of Kerala has issued guidelines on preventing sexual harassment against women at workplace.
As per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 a committee was formed in the Secretariat to receive complaints regarding sexual harassment against women. The committee had submitted certain guidelines regarding proper behavior by the employees.
The Government has inspected it carefully. It is instructed that the employees should maintain decency and etiquette while talking and dealing with other employees and behave with respect at all times.
