Commercial ComplianceThe Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution on December 21, 2020 has issued the Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Registration of Warehouses (Amendment) Rules, 2020 to further amend the Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Registration of Warehouses Rules, 2017. 

The following amendment has been made: 

• Third schedule, which specifies the application fees for the registration and renewal with the authority, has been substituted.
