The Labour Department of Meghalaya on December 22, 2020 has issued a notification for the introduction of the online based renewal system in the Office of the Chief Inspector of Boilers and Factories, Meghalaya.
The following procedure has been formulated by the Government:
• The applicants must register themselves on the invest Meghalaya Portal with name, email id and phone number.
• After that the applicant shall login on to the portal using the username and the password.
• Auto renewals tab shall be opened after the login.
• Form-2 shall be then filed online.
• All the relevant documents shall be then uploaded.
• Renewal fees shall be paid online.
• Once all the details have been entered, auto renewed factory license shall be presented to the applicant.
