The Labour Department of Odisha has issued a notification stating that all the establishments having over 20 employees or more shall maintain all the registers and records online and shall be preserved electronically.
The following acts shall be covered:

• The Odisha Payment of Wages Rules, 1936
• The Odisha Minimum Wages Rules, 1954
• The Odisha Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Services) Rules, 2002
• The Odisha Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1975
• The Odisha Inter-State Migrant Workman Rules, 1980
• The Odisha Shops and Commercial Establishments Rules, 1958
• The Odisha Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1966
• The Odisha Industrial Employment (National and Festival) Holidays Rules, 1972
• The Odisha Beedi and Cigar Workers (Condition of Employment) Rules, 1969
• The Odisha Labour Welfare Fund Rules, 2015
• The Odisha Maternity Benefits Rules, 1965
