Labour Compliance class="MsoNormal">The Uttarakhand Department of labour on December 22, 2020 has issued an order regarding digital registers under various labour laws/Rules, all the Industrial, shop and commercial establishments relevant registers needs to be computerized (digital format) for effective implementation of government scheme of ease of doing business. The establishment should make a copy of relevant registers which will be interrogated during the inspection for the permission.
