The Odisha State Pollution Control Board on December 24, 2020 has issued an order to modify the Application fee for authorization under the Biomedical Waste Management Rules, 2016. The Board prescribes the following one-time fee for consideration of authorization of the units to handle biomedical waste.
· On bed Capacities of private health care establishments providing service to indoor patients.
· Health care establishments not providing treatments/services to indoor patients (Non- bedded).
· Biomedical waste management agencies.
· Research or Educational Institutions, Veterinary Institutions, Forensic Laboratory, Animal Houses.
· All “Not for profit” and Government Institutions.
· All “Not for profit” and Government bedded Hospitals.
· All Veterinary Hospitals
The Application Form with authorization fee will be Deposit Online.
