class="MsoNormal">The Department of Labour of Haryana on December 30, 2020 has issued a notice for the unpaid amount of the workers. Notice has been given to the employees through their establishments in the State of Haryana to the fact that the number of unpaid accumulations on account of monthly wages/ salary/ overtime/ bonus/gratuity etc. due to the employees during their service have been received by the Haryana Labour Welfare Board through their establishments.
Further, the concerned employees shall claim their dues within a year. After the completion of the year, the claim shall be treated as the abandoned property and shall be utilised by the Government for the welfare of the workers.
