EHS ComplianceOdisha State Pollution Control Board (OSPCB) on January 07, 2021 has issued a notification for the policy decision for applicability of consent of the board for extraction or sourcing or borrowing of ordinary earth for the linear projects such as road, pipelines etc. Extraction or sourcing or borrowing of ordinary earth for the linear projects such as road, pipelines etc is exempted from the Consent Administration of the Board under Water (PCP) Act, 1974 and Air (PCP) Act, 1981
