The State Government of Jharkhand on January 06, 2021 has published the Jharkhand Municipal Water Works, Surcharge and Water Combination Rules, 2020, applicable to the whole of Jharkhand. The main objective is to provide the general water supply by applying online application for new water connections for resident, commercial industries and government institutions through the website along with the documents and provides the ferrule measurement.
The followings are the types of water consumption mentioned in the Rules:-
1. Residential Connection
2. Commercial Addition
3. Industrial Connection
4. Institutional and Government Connection
These Rules will come into force from the date of their publication that is January 06, 2021.
