The Commercial Taxes Department of Maharashtra on January 29, 2021 has issued a trade circular for the physical submission of Audit Report in Form 704 for the financial year 2019-2020. Since the last date of submission of the audit report is February 28, 2021 and it is Sunday, thus the date has been extended to March 01, 2021.
The following documents shall be submitted after the upload of the Audit report:
• The statement of submission shall be submitted duly certified with signature, stamp, seal of the dealer with date.
• The copy of acknowledgment generated after uploading of audit report in Form 704, duly certified with signature, stamp and seal of the dealer with date.
• The last date for the submission of documents is March 12, 2021.
