Labour Compliance

The Labour and Employment Department of Haryana has issued a notice stating that the managers of all the institutions shall submit the contribution of 2020 which is supposed to be paid before January 31, 2021 in regards with Section 9A of Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965, otherwise received after February 01 2021. Interest will be charged on the contribution at the rate of 12 percent per annum.
