The Pollution Control Board of Assam on (PCBA) has issued the Draft Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for processing applications for obtaining Consent to operate and Consent to establish and authorization under Hazardous Waste Management Rules, 2016 (HOWM) for oil and gas exploratory drilling and product sites which require environmental clearance in accordance with EIA Notification, 2006.
The following documents shall be submitted by the Applicants:
• Copy of environmental clearance.
• Land allotment LOI.
• Site specifies details for location of the plant.
• Mining lease approval.
• Layout plan of the site.
• Project details including details of the industry.
• NOC from the local, body.
• AOA and MOA of the company.
• Investment proof.
• CTE fees
• Compliance reports.
• Latitude and longitude of the site along with the photographs of the site.
