Finance & Taxation Compliance The Finance Department of Maharashtra on February 04, 2021 has issued the Maharashtra State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments (Amendment) Rules, 2021 to further amend the Maharashtra State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Rules, 1975. This shall come into force from April 01, 2021.

The following amendment has been made:

• Form IIIB, which specifies the electronic return under the Maharashtra State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings, and Employment Act, 1975, has been substituted.
