The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) on January 28, 2021 has issued a notification for the guidelines for grant of permission for construction of access to fuel stations, wayside amenities, connecting roads, other properties, rest area complexes and other such facilities.
The following guidelines have been given:
• For all the applicants who have submitted the applications on the basis of the earlier guidelines issued shall be given NOC as per the revised guidelines with relaxation of plot size for 20m*20m for urban areas.
• Processing fee shall be waived off for all the plots where the location was shut down due to changes in the laws of national highways and state highways.
