class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Labour Department of Telangana on February 20, 2021 has issued a notification amending the annexure under the Telangana Factories Rules, 1950. The occupier shall submit the self- certification/ third party certification through online portal to minimise the burden of compliances.
On receipt of such self-certification / third party certification from the occupiers of factories and there shall not be any inspection/verification of these factories except in case of complaints and accidents. The inspections shall be authorised by Director of Factories in such cases.
