The Labour Department of Haryana on March 03, 2021 has issued a notification regarding the generation of Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) of all the workers of Haryana Labour Welfare Fund. The authorities have stated that the benefits under the welfare fund shall be availed only through unique family ID given under PPP.
All the workers who are coming under the purview of Board should generate Family ID and get it updated on the portal. This shall be applicable to the workers under factories and shops and establishments act, residing in Haryana irrespective of their domicile. Further, the type I category shall relate to establishments with 500 workers and type II category shall be applicable to establishments with more than 500 workers.
The following Standard Operating Procedure has been given for the same:
• The establishments shall nominate an appropriate data entry operator for updating PPP of all the nominated officers.
• The selected members shall nominate themselves on the web portal.
• The nominated members will login on to the portal and then shall upload PPP.
• For type II category a form shall be filled out.
