The Labour Department, Delhi on May 28, 2021 has issued the SPICE+ portal integrated with Delhi Shops and Establishment registration portal for any company which wants to get registration under the companied Act, 2013 and taking first time registration under Delhi Shops and Registration Act, 1954 for ease of doing business shall approach “SPICE+” portal for the registration.
As SPICE+ Portal has been developed a single window facility for incorporation of anew company and 11 different services including issuance of PAN, TAN, ESIC, Bank Account etc.
Therefore, subsequent registration for different branch offices of the establishment under delhi Shops and Registration Act, 1954 may take directly on Shops and Registration portal.
