Labour ComplianceThe Ministry of Labour & Employment (MoLE) on June 1, 2021 has issued the advisory to State Governments and UTs to encourage Work From Home for Nursing Mothers under the Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act, 2017 wherever the nature of work so permits to protect them getting infected by the corona virus.
