The Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) on June 15, 2021 has issued the revised date in Mandatory seeding of Aadhar Number for filing of ECR issued under the vide no BKG-27/7/2020-G/Pt.file.
Therefore, In the above-mentioned notification the date has been revised in: -
• Para 3 which specifies the competent authority has approved that the ECR shall be allowed to be filed only for those members, whose Aadhaar number are seeded and verified with the UANs with effect from September 1, 2021.
• Para 4 which specifies the employees shall be allowed to file the ECR only for the UANs seeded with Aadhaar with effect from September 1, 2021. To ensure that the members and the employees are not adversely affected in the transition phase.
