The Finance Department (Tax Division) of Rajasthan on June 14, 2021, has issued a notification for the exemption of state tax on certain goods.
The following goods are exempted:
• Medical Grade Oxygen, has been reduced to 2.5%
• Tocilizumab, has been reduced to Nil
• Amphotericin B, has been reduced to Nil
• Remdesvir, has been reduced to 2.5%
• Heparin (anti-coagulant), has been reduced to 2.5%
• Covid-19 testing kits, have been reduced to 2.5%
• Inflammatory Diagnostic (marker) kits, have been reduced to 2.5 %
• Hand Sanitizers, have been reduced to 2.5%
• Helmets for use with non-invasive ventilation, have been reduced by 2.5%
• Gas/Electric/other furnaces for the crematorium, have been reduced to 2.5%
• Pulse Oximeters, have been reduced to 2.5%
• High flow nasal canula devices, have been reduced to 2.5%
• Oxygen Concentrator/ generators, have been reduced to 2.5%
• Ventilators, have been reduced to 2.5%
• BiPAP Machine, has been reduced to 2.5%
• (i) Non-invasive ventilation nasal or oronasal . masks for ICU ventilators , (ii) Canula for use with ventilators, have been reduced to 2.5%
• Temperature check equipment, has been reduced to 2.5 %
• Ambulance, has been reduced to 6%
The exemptions shall remain in force up to and inclusive of the September 30, 2021.
