Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare on June 14, 2021 has issued the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Amendment Order, 2021 to further amend the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985.

In Clause 20 (c) (5) the words are substituted "within 31st March, 2022" and In Form G-3 the figure are substituted "up to 22nd day of February, 2023" under the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985.
