Commercial ComplianceThe Finance Department (Rajasthan) on July 02, 2021 has issued a notification on reduction of the stamp duty chargeable on the conveyance deed relating to a flat or residential unit, market value of which does not exceed Rs 50 lakh, in a multistorey building exceeding four floors shall be reduced and charged at the rate of 4% if such conveyance deed is executed and presented for registration up to September 30, 2021. 

This will come into effect from July 01, 2021.
