Finance & Taxation Compliance The Finance Department of Jharkhand on June 29, 2021 has issued the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021 to further amend the Jharkhand Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017.

The following amendments have been made:

• Section 11, section 14, and section 18 of this act shall have been deemed to come into effect from November 10, 2020, September 01, 2020, and March 31, 2020 respectively.
