Labour Compliance The Ministry of Labour and Employment on July 07, 2021, has notified that the services of the industry in any oilfield covered under item 17 of the First Schedule to the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, to be a public utility service for a period of six months with effect from the date of publication.
