Finance & Taxation Compliance The State Government of Chhattisgarh on August 3, 2021 has issued amendment in the Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicle Rules, 1994 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 in the view of Covid -19 Pandemic circumstances that the buses were not conducting regularly.

In Rule 77(2) of the Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicle Rules, 1994 which specifies “Additional conditions in respect of certain permits”, in proviso “December 31, 2021, has been substituted.

This notification shall come into force on August 1, 2021.
