The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare on September 7, 2021 has issued amendment in the notification no- S.O. 500(E), dated February 2, 2021 which specifies the kinds or varieties of seeds shall be the notified kind or varieties for the purposes of the Seeds Act, 1966 and shall be sold for purpose of agriculture in the States.
The amendment in the Table which specifies Kind and Variety and the recommended state for sale, the serial number 30, 40, and 41 has been substituted, namely: -
