Labour ComplianceThe Finance Department, Jammu and Kashmir on September 16, 2021 has issued Payment of Dearness Allowance to Government Pensioners/Family Pensioners continuing to draw their Pension/Family Pension with effect from July 1, 2021. 

Revised Rate of DA per month – 189% of basic pension/family pension

The Rate of Dearness Allowance for the period from 01.01.2020 till 30.06.2021 shall remain at 164%.
