Industry Specific Compliance The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on September 20, 2021 has issued designation of testing and certifying agency for conditional access system (CAS) and subscriber management system (SMS).

The framework for technical compliance of CAS & SMS incorporated in Schedule IX in the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Interconnection (Addressable Systems) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2011.

Therefore, the authority has designated telecommunication engineering Centre (TCE) as a Testing and Certification Agency.
