Commercial ComplianceThe State Government of Karnataka on October 5, 2021 has issued the Karnataka Stamp (Amendment) Act, 2021 to further amend the Karnataka Stamp Act, 1957. 

In Article 20 (2A) (iii) which specifies “where the market value of which is above rupees thirty-five lakhs but up to and inclusive of forty five lakhs in three percent of the value”, has been inserted.
