EHS ComplianceThe Department of Parliamentary Affairs and Legislation Secretariat, Karnataka on October 7, 2021 has issued the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage (Amendment) Act, 2021 to further amend the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1964. 

The Section 72A of the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1964 which specifies “Obligation to provide rain water harvesting structure”, has been substituted.
