The Ministry of Finance on October 27, 2021 has the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Second Amendment Rules, 2021 to further amend the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995.
• In Rule 29 which specifies “Anti-absorption review”, has been inserted.
• In Rule 30 which specifies “Initiation of investigation to determine absorption”, has been inserted.
• In Rule 31 which specifies “Determination of Absorption”, has been inserted.
