Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare on November 1, 2021 has issued the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Seventh (Amendment) Order, 2021 to further amend the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985.

In Schedule-I, Part-A which specifies “Specifications of Fertilizers” under 1(j) which specifies “Beneficial Element Fertilizer”, the item (ii) states “Maximum” & the item (iii) states “1.3-1.4” has been substituted.
