Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance on November 11, 2021 has imposed an antidumping duty at the rate on “Untreated fumed silica” as exported from the countries, produced by the producers and imported into India under the tariff item of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act.

The anti-dumping duty imposed under this notification shall be effective for a period of five years (unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier) from November 11, 2021.
