Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on November 17, 2021 has issued a notification to amend the date of establishment and date of withdrawal of certain Indian Standards. The date of establishment and date of withdrawal shall be November 12, 2021 and December 11, 2021 respectively.
The following are the Indian standards to be amended:

• IS 15653 : 2021/ISO 2710-2 : 2019; Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines ─ Vocabulary ─ Terms for Engine Maintenance (First Revision).
• IS 17585 : 2021; Beta (Outflow) Valves for Gravity Type Flushing Cisterns ─ Specification.
• IS/ISO 21188 : 2018; Public Key Infrastructure for Financial Services ─ Practices and Policy Framework (First Revision).
