Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers on November 29, 2021 has issued amendment to the Methylene Chloride (Dichloromethane) (Quality Control) Order, 2021.

The following amendment was made namely: -

• In paragraph 1(2) which specify “It shall come into force on the one hundred and eighty-first day from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.” Shall be substituted namely:-

“This order shall come into force on the 20th May, 2022”
