The Finance Department of Rajasthan on January 03, 2022 has issued a notification to extend the timeline for the ITC verification which was issued by the notification No. F.16 (100) Tax/CCT/14-15/2655 dated March 12, 2021.
The date for ITC verification which was December 31, 2021 earlier now has been extended till March 31, 2022.
Also, clause 2.2 which specifies Category-B (Where ITC mismatch is more than Rs. 1 Lac and up to Rs. 10 Lac related to the years 2006-07 to 2010-11) has been amended.
And, clause 2.4 which specifies Category-D (Where ITC mismatch is more than Rs. 1 Lac related to the years 2011-12 onwards) has been amended.
