Commercial ComplianceThe Ministry of Commerce and Industry on February 10, 2022 has issued the Safety Glass (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2022 to further amend the Safety Glass (Quality Control) Order, 2020. This has come into force on February 10, 2022.

The following amendments has been made: -

• Paragraph 1, sub paragraph (2) shall be substituted namely: -

“It shall come into force with effect from April 1, 2023”
