Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on March 31, 2022 has issued a notification to amend certain schedules of the notification No. 02/2019-Union Territory Tax, dated the 7th March, 2019.

The following amendments have been made:

• In the table after serial No. 3, the following items have been inserted, namely:

o 176B- Fly ash bricks or fly ash aggregate with 90 per cent. or more fly ash content; Fly ash blocks

o 176C- Bricks of fossil meals or similar siliceous earths

o 176D- Building bricks

o 176E- Earthen or roofing tiles.
