The Food & Supplies Department, West Bengal on May 2, 2022 has issued Notification regarding Introduction of Service Record Monitoring System (SRMS).
The following has been stated namely: -
• SRMS is now being introduced for all the employees of Inspecting cadre included in the West Bengal Sub Ordinate Food & Supplies Service, Gr-I, Gr-II & Gr-III.
• All concerned officials are hereby directed to provide correct and up-to-date information online against each and every item mentioned therein before May 15, 2022.
• All Officials under West Bengal Sub-Ordinate Food & Supplies Service, Gr-I, Gr-II & Gr.-ll will be given a user id (HRMS ID) and a password
• After first entry, the official entrusted the role of "Verifier" of the establishment section will validate the entries and make corrections necessary if required from the moved login of himself / herself. Thereafter, the case will be to the login of Approver.
