The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) on May 4, 2022 has issued the Commission for Air Quality Management in the National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas (Form of Annual Statement of Accounts) Rules, 2022. This has come into force on May 4, 2022.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Form A which specifies “Balance Sheet for The Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas” has been inserted.
• Schedule 24 which specify “Significant Accounting Policies” has been introduced
• Schedule 25 which specify “Contingent Liabilities and Notes on Accounts” has been introduced.
